    << Solved >> No 4K resolution on HD4600

I saw that - hence my question - you say you changed it to iMac15,1 but do not say if you kept that or reverted to MacPro6,1 Edited to add: I see some screenshots with MacPro6,1 and then later ones with iMac15,1. Do you have success with both or just one of them?

    << Solved >> No 4K resolution on HD4600

what system definition are you using? I have no "Inject Intel", empty ig-platform-id; and latest Lilu and Whatever green but I see no 4k option for my 4k screen. I should say it works fine with an nVidia card but there are other issues with that so I want to use the HD4600 on my i7-4790k. I am...

@Css13 Yes all is well thanks. I did not experience that, I tested with earphones if I remember correctly.Unfortunately I can no longer test as I was persuaded to sell my Brix to someone.

EDITED Yet Again: Issue resolved after vit9696 updated Lilu.kext to v1.3.1 which allows for loading from /L/E apparently previous versions were not meant to be loaded from there but from EFI/Clover/kexts/Other @RehabMan Latest version of Lilu.kext v1.3.0 stops the Brix from booting (attaching...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan I have just discovered an issue in daily use. If I Enable Power Nap the SleepWatcher solution does not cope with it and when I do wake the Brix with keyboard or mouse I am confronted with several Improper Dis Ejection messages. I suspect that this is because the script was written...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@Css13 I just tested with both Front and Rear USB ports and my external USB drives appear instantly after waking from sleep. Have you implemented SleepWatcher from the link I posted earlier? https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-fix-issue-of-disk-not-ejected-properly.188601/

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan on a completely separate note to this thread I think the advice on the forum should be worded to point more strongly to recommend a better USB outcome than just using Multibeast options, at present I believe there is an inference that no more work is necessary. Either SSDT-UIAC or USB...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@Css13 when you have some time can you let me know whether or not you experienced the issue with the Front USB ejecting improperly on sleep. Also if you apply the kexts, ssdt's and config.plist as I supplied I believe your audio issues will disappear. anyway let me know - thank you

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan that is also what I have settled on. Is there anything else I can do to allow you to add this Brix to your build repository. I would expect that this build would work for the various processors within this generation. Let me know what you think. DM me or reply here - am happy to do...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan I have found no further issues while testing on the BRIX, all known issues are resolved or workaround applied (Sleepwatcher). I have tested two variations of the config.plist and I can't see any difference in testing using either method 1) With ig-platform-id added in...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@Css13 If you connect a USB HDD to either of the Front USB ports do you get a "Disk not ejected properly" message when the BRIX wakes up from sleep. If you do not have this issue could you please post your config.plist

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan the BRIX is fully functional now as far as I can see. Sleepwatcher and the script to unmount all disks at sleep ia working well. I will test the BRIX in daily use in case any so far un-identified issues crop up and then it should be ready to add to your repository I hope.

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

Did you create an SSDT to enable ports to work correctly? Experiment with Monitor settings - also try Displayport if available. My Audio works correctly I used AppleALC.kext and set Audio ID to 13 in config.plist. When I plug headphones into the front port it detects them instantly and they...

[GUIDE] Gigabyte Brix BKi3HA-7100 - Install Mojave

@RehabMan I found Sleepwatcher and have downloaded and installed it - the next step is beyond my scripting knowledge, that is to write a shell script that Sleepwatcher will execute to unmount USB HDD's on sleep - in fact preferably only those USB HDD's that are on RP01@1C - are you aware of a...
