I had non stop graphic glitches with the 1600x900 screen. I had no issues installing the 1080p screen, other than the hinge covers. Just take your time with them and you should be fine.
I'm running a 4730s with an 830 256gb and the 500gb HDD in the optical drive. Everything works fine...my only issue is Windows thinks the 500gb HDD is corrupt a lot (Thanks to exFAT) D: Easy enough to just right click > fix though...I don't lose any data.

Works fine on my Samsung 830 256gb. Make sure to install TRIM Enabler (it's in the Probook Installer) and turn TRIM on with that, else your drive will slow way down.

I had to do the same thing. I also had to change to the other 1600x900 option everytime I boot.
