Yes, I also had that problem! :) You need to start up in safe mode (-x) as the nvidia kexts are causing the kernel panic. You should be able to run the installer now. Once installed you still need to boot in safe mode till you delete the nvidia kexts.

I had this problem too and fixed it!:) Make an 8gb partition on internal hard drive and make an exact copy of the unibeast drive there using a partition copier package, Then reboot and as usual boot from the usb BUT then choose the newly created hdd partition in the unibeast boot manager...

OK ASUS has released a BIOS update for the N56VM and this one now allows changing the integrated graphics memory size. :D Still no option to turn it off though. :|

OK USB only works on some boots with the multibeast kext. When it chooses to work it does so beautifully but sometimes works only for keyboards and mice. Completely stuck. :|

It did that to me too just add this before the efi string. (of course changing the resolution to that of your screen) Forgot to mention it before :lol:! <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1920x1080x32</string>

Is it possible to disable the Intel HD 4000 through DSDT so I can use the dedicated NVIDIA 630m instead? Last thing to go other than some minor issues! Oh and if you can't at least get the HD 4000 working add this to the org.chameleon.Boot.plist to get perfect functionality of it :D...

OK that worked! Got sound and intel 4000 working too but WiFi wont work. I have the AR5B225 (atheros) and the BCM94312HMG (broadcom dell 1397). The broadcom card shows up in devices but wont turn on. The enabler wont work either. The cards can be swapped if necessary. EDIT: Got WiFi working...

Thanks for replying! Unfortunately your methods don't seem to work for me. I tried downloading and installing the ps2 kexts but they had no effect. Changing the GraphicsEnabler key did the same as GraphicsEnabler=No and I also tried changing the device id of the card in the plist. No effect...

Install went through without problems, booted successfully after removing geforce.kext but when I installed EasyBeast the screen goes blank during boot. Hard drive remains active. It appears to have booted but I can't see it! I've tried pressing Fn+F8 which in windows switches between the...
