Try this: using Clover Configurator, open config.plist in EFI drive, Acpi>FixDisplay. In my case, this also fixes 'slow graphics after wake' problem.

Please read the instructions carefully. I stated to edit it while booting in Clover Boot menu, not in MultiBeast nor Clover Configurator.

Thanks Pilgrim, In my case, I use clover boot menu, select options > kext management > disable lilu kexts. I can boot into mac os, then replace lilu in EFI with newer version. Reboot, everything is fine now.

Are you sure you signed in? If 'mas list' lists nothing, then your apple id is not linked to any mac computer. Or, you have not signed in.

If u have your Appleid linked to that macbook, then you are eligible to sierra installation. You should be able to download sierra installer using above method. Sierra installer is removed from appstore, but actually it's still downloadable, it's only hidden in appstore.

Are you sure you have done clean fresh install as my guide? If you're not clean install, 1 possibility is conflicting kext. IntelMausi kext you installed may conflict with other kexts you installed before.

Please check your Ethernet port using a Windows installation. If it is a problem in Windows, then your Ethernet port is problematic.

same here. I just reinstalled fresh 10.12.5 to an old z77x-up5-th, 3770 non-K, smbios iMac13,2 no ssdt, everything works fine, except this turbo boost problem. I set in bios turbo boost 41, hwmonitor shows only 3.4GHz, but after sleep wake, turbo boost works 4.1GHz. Any help please?
