that sounds good for partitioning the data drive to each os's preference. Fat32 can be formatted to share data between the os since each can use that format. But I believe with that format you can only move up to 4gb I am pretty sure.

Looks good overall, I have the same motherboard and there are some good writeups for that specific board on installing osx. Is there a reason you are going with 2 ssd's? you going to raid 0 them? If so you may want to look around and see if others have had any issues with raid 0 on hackintosh...

I have that mobo up and running with lion 10.7.2. It is quite solid so far. I agree that using the 6850 or 6870 cards will provide the least hassle when installing the os since it is supported natively.
