Yes, you could partition your Windows drive and install OS X on a separate partition. Parts look to be compatible.

Yessir. I've been running duals on that card for a while. The catch with this card is that the bottom DVI slot doesn't work. Use the top DVI slot and one of the mini display port slots (I use a DP to DVI adapter for the second screen). Works flawlessly.
