I started a new build with a Gigabyte H370N WiFi, i5 8400 CPU, 32 GB Corsair Ram (2 sticks of 16 GB) and using Internal graphics.
Replaced the WiFi/BT card with the Apple card.
I changed the BIOS to the recommended settings for the Gigabyte board.

I only had English in the list.
Another interesting item is that with Sierra Filemaker help would not work, sleep did not work no mater what the Darkwake setting was.
Under El Capitain everything works fine.
I reinstalled Sierra and did not import my old settings this time.
Initially the mouse and trackpad pref pane worked.
After a few restarts and configuring Clover (adding correct SN etc) both panes quit again.
(both panes quit before I configured Clover)
