I think what had happened is i did not disconnect the mac ssd when i was installing windows so it made a windows booter thing on the mac drive. I went ahead and deleted everything off both drives and am starting from scracth.
I used safe mode to boot up. Here is the code:

I can't take screen shots because no internet. After installed Windows and I went to Load up the Mac I can't boot it anymore it crashes at this. This has become so hard to do I don't know what happened. My last Hackintosh was so easy.
I went back to the nano and installed Sierra , still have the weird ripple line effects. I did the clover dayman and the Polaris 11 Id, fix display checked and Intel and ati injected checked. Computer crashes during Apple boot screen unless I boot with ati not injected. Either way and with both...
Just to confirm this glitch stuff is normal and it's not a faulty card right? On the Windows side I don't have any glitching but with both cards on the Mac side I do.
- FakeID / ATI = full ID (here: 0x73001002)
- Inject / ATI = true
- FBName = framebuffer name (here:Futomaki [enter some random garbage in case you don’t want to use a framebuffer, the driver will default to RadeonFramebuffer])
- FixDisplay = true
