    EDIT... its nearly impossible to predict - depends on project samplerate (44.1, 48, 92 kHz), buffer latency (32, 64, 128, 1024) - these 2 settings greatly affect CPU load on its own on the same project and same computer as well as drop outs (cracks and pops in audio output)... i heard people...

    GUYS thanks for so much replies... this forum is the best... i had so much fear going Hackintosh... now iam no longer afraid with tonymacx... iam feeling ashamed... IT WAS A GROUND LOOP AFTER ALL... but i never seen it behave like this... reacting to specific software plugins and not others...

I used standard Apogee Duet1 driver from Apogee web. Everything seems to be working fine and the overal sound from DAW is good...
