Hey man, you know what....I may have fixed it. I trashed a bunch of plist files. And I don't get the annoying messages anymore!! Hope it sticks! It survived a restart anyway.... W t f??? :)

Hmm...wonder what this "DisplayID:0x1a492eee" is? I can't find that ID anywhere? Could it be something to do with the fact that I removed my Nvidia card when I upgraded to Mojave?
