if you go from last bios uptade you need to reeinstal the whole thing? I have a windows 10 and Sierra 10.12.3

I have the same problem here! My hardware is good, but everything it's slowly. After in El Capitan everything was fine, I even wondered that it was pretty fast even multitasking. So the problem is something in Sierra bios, conifg.plist e etc... My specs: Gigabyte B150M D3H i5 6500 GTX 970...

The HD 530 graphics in i5 6500 works... just mark the option in Multibeast. But if you have a Radeon works forget the the intel graphics and use de radeon graphic...

Are you sure that your hardware? Motherboards B150 are LGA 1151 for the sixth generation of Intel processors, like i7 6700. For i7 4990 is LGA 1150, then you should use B85 motherboards. You should trade something.
