I've checked and changed my settings to the highest value possible for DVMT. Rebooted and the problem continues to exist.

Actually every one of them, all the changes are done to the same install of MacOs. All I do is apply the changes in clover configurator and reboot, I don't touch anything else. I hope that answers the question, thanks for answering Sir.
