I had this problem. Nothing seemed to work to solve the problem. I eventually realized that my HDMI cables were not working with one of my monitor after the update. I bought higher quality cables and the issue vanished.
Similar to the build I did a few years back. I also placed fans in the front of the case. Your build is way cleaner than mine. Excellent work and amazing detail! I still think that the this is the greatest computer case ever made...
I wonder what companies like Korg will do. Their very successful iOS app "Gadget" is $39, but the MacOS version costs $299. If the iOS version will run on MacOS that would be great for consumers, not so great for Korg. But hell, $299 for Gadget is extremely overpriced for what it does.
1. Boot into macOS High Sierra
2. Choose Finder > Go > Go to the folder
3. Paste /usr/standalone/i386/ into the "Go To The Folder:" dialog box
4. Press Go
5. Right click on the file apfs.efi

Strange that my Qualcomm Atheros Killer E2200 works natively by High Sierra 10.13.4 as a E2400 without any driver installation needed from MultiBeast 10.3.0 (2). Can I just leave this as it is?
EDIT: After a clean install 10.13.4 sees the ethernet adapter as a E2400 until Multibeast is...
This is not working for me. I am stuck at the Black Screen.
After editing the info.plist and rebuilding the cache I get the error:
Kext rejected due to improper filesystem permissions: <OSKext 0x7fe1901e67e0 [0x7fff8d734af0]> { URL = "AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext/ --...
Hello,
I have seen some posts on what I should do, but I want to make sure I have it right. Do I install the Alternative Drivers and update Clover then replace the graphics card from the GTX660 to the GTX1060? Or, do I just update Clover and install the Alternative drivers after?
The probably don't HAVE to use a dedicated card, but I would use one. Especially one that has native support like my GTX660 (minus High Sierra grrrrrr....)
Is your FW card a Texas Instrument Chip set? I have had the best luck with Siig brand FW cards, but that is just my anecdotal experience. I have a Firestudio Project and am pretty sure they are very similar devices.
The standard builds will work for audio production. My suggestion that goes beyond this is to go to your motherboard manufactures website and make sure the RAM you buy is certified to work with the board you buy. I use Gigabyte motherboards with great success, but that is my preference and not a...
I try to check in here every month or so and I suppose I am stuck with Sierra and my GTX660 until the graphic card prices come down. It is insane to think that inflated Bitcoin market prices are keeping GPU costs so insanely overpriced.
I am using a Focusrite 18i20 (2nd Gen) at 32 sample latency or about 7.5ms overall. What is low latency to you? 7.5ms is about what you would hear if you were 2.5 meters way from another musician.
