Yes, there are 2. Early i wrote, that tried shutdown V2 patch.... "1 patch, 1 changes, 0 rejects", but did not help with permanent shutdown. With Yosemite shutdown works, not with El Capitan... what could be the difference ?

Thanks, problem solved. Tables repatched and graphics/brightness works. Now the Nvidia disable is "permanent". There is still remaining one other problem, but it could be off-topic in this thread, i will post it in laptop specific place.
