Maverick - Can't load kext on normal boot and System notice kext error

If you have both (Optimus... not supported) then you should remove the nvidia kexts (NVDA*, GeForce*). There is no reason to install anything for HD3000... it is natively supported.

After removed NVDA kext and repair permission using disk utility, now I can normal boot into Maverick. Thank you very much for your help, Mr.RehabMan

P/S: just curious, can I switch to use GT540M instead of HD3000 by removing AppleIntelHD3000.kext and re-adding NVDA kexts?

No need to install any kext for HD3000.

Your profile seems very strange... (Celeron/Bay Trail graphics not supported). Is it accurate?

Mobo: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Note: When specifying your bootloader, if using Clover legacy, please be sure to specify "Clover legacy"). Specifying "Clover" will be assumed as "Clover UEFI"
