Overclocking 4770K on Windows - GA-Z87x-OC mobo

Sorry if this question has been asked a dozen times but how do I overclock on Windows? I overclocked in Mavericks but it doesn't seem like the OC'd cpu and ram transfers over to Windows. Do I need to overclock using software and not BIOS?

If so, can any gigabyte user send me the APP Center and EasyTune? Been trying to download this off the Gigabyte website but it's hopeless. Only the Updpack.exe is available and not the setup.exe.

When I checked my processor and ram clock speed in Windows, it's at stock speeds but when I go into Mavericks, my specs are 4.3ghz and 1866mhz. I assume that it's not applied to all OS's because of that. Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

windows is just showing you the default clocks of your processor model, you can download cpu-z to see your overclocked speeds
