4770k Automatically OC to 3.69ghz

Hi, I'm totally new to building these things, but is it normal for a K CPU to rate a little higher than its advertised speed without any overclocking?

After installation of OSX My build is showing 3.69ghz, though the BIOS settings are stock, 3.5 ghz, and I made no changes to voltage or multipliers or anything.

BIOS says temp is 46 C, which I think is ok. Anything here to worry about?
