I currently use a single partitioned 500gb SSD to boot Mavericks & Windows 7
1st partition – 250gb Mavericks
2nd partition – 250gb Windows 7

I plan on getting 2x 500gb SSD’s and would like to dual boot Mavericks & Windows 7 yet this time each OS have its own SSD....1 SSDrive for Mavericks & 1 SSDrive for Windows 7

Is this even possible?

Is there a way to CLONE or COPY each partition to its own 500gb SSD and not be locked in at the original 250gb size?

If so could someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you in advance

Thank you for getting back Going Bald

When I use the 2 listed programs will each program allow me to clone my (2) 250gb partitions each to its own separate 500gb SSD and still be able to add more programs like hypothetically speaking max each drive out to 480gb?

I ask because my 250gb Win 7 Partition has only 18gbs free and there is a few more important programs to install.

I cloned a Windows 128GB HDD in a Toshiba laptop to a 500GB SSD, then swapped the drives to have a SSD in the laptop. Worked just fine, although the USB2.0 connection was a bit slow. The Apricorn is capable of USB3.0 according to their specs, but I have not tested it in a USB3.0 port - no port in the laptop and no need yet.
