Can't Dual boot yosemite/el capitan-win10

Hello I have a small problem in my desktop. My configuration is:
-z77 ds3h
-128gb ssd with yosemite
-128gb ssd with windows 10
-1tb data disk

everthing (including dual boot) was working fine till today. I had to reinstall win 10 because it was corrupted by a virus. I disconnected the yosemite ssd and installed win 10 in the windows ssd.
then I reconnected the ssd with yosemite.
the problem now is that the system keeps on booting on windows. The only way I have to boot from yosemite is to go to the boot options screen and select the yosemite ssd but not the uefi entry. If i choose the uefi entry it doesn't boot. If I choose the non uefi option it boots fine.
I've tried to run multibeast and reinstall chimera but nothing has changed.
I want my system to automatically boot from yosemite like It did before.
how can I solve this problem?
thank you

Moreover I was Thinking that this windows re-installation could be a good chance to swith to clover and el capitan but dualbooting with clover gave me some problems when I tried so I decided to stick with yosemite.if you have any tips to make it work let me know but maybe it would be better to solve the other problem before thinking to pass to clover and el capitan

When you reconnected the OS X drive did you boot to the UEFI and reset the drive BBS boot order to OS X drive first? Resetting the BBS boot order must be dove every time you connect/disconnect a HDD/SSD.

i'm not sure I unsterstand what you're saying. The uefi option for yosemite is not working, it doesn't boot yosemite.
If you mean to enter the bios and change the boot priority, I tried this but there is no uefi yosemite option. There is only the legacy yosemite and it is set to number 1 priority

A. your mobo is not a hackintosh. enter it properly.
B. without knowing your board make/model/revision/UEFI version I can't say what to set in the UEFI.
C. there is a difference between the device boot order and the hard drive BBS boot order. What you are describing is the device boot order. Go back to the UEFI to the device boot order and scroll down past the last device possible to the ODD BBS and the HDD BBS. Select HDD BBS, then select the OS X HDD/SSD from the list and hit page up button until it is at the top of the list.

The mobo is gigabyte z77 ds3h
I'll try these steps, thank you

I selected number 1 priority to the ssd with yosemite while the ssd with windows was disconnected and now it works as it should

I still have some problem!
since I want to upgrade to El Capitan I tried to switch to clover. I created the usb drive according to the guide for El Capitan and it didn't work (Black screen when trying to boot th existing Yosemite from the usb drive)
next step I took was to create a usb drive with clover only following this guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/bootloaders/127134-test-drive-how-create-clover-usb.html

I tried with Clover legacy settings. It doesn't work, doesn't boot anything.
I tried with Clover UEFI settings. Booting works fine for the existing Yosemite!! BUT I can't boot to the ssd with windows 10. Black screen with blinking white _ .
the boot option is "boot windows from legacy hd" so I suspect it doesn't work because it is a legacy entry while I chose UEFI clover. is it correct? is there any way to make it work without reinstalling windows?
I need help!

EFI booting Clover will not boot Windoes installed Legacy mode. Either convert Windows to GPT or re-install from scratch.

I have the same problem. Can't boot into windows now that I switched to clover.

Can you tell me how I can convert Windows to GPT if I can't boot into Windows? Can you do it from OS X without wiping the drive?
