[FIXED] GA-H61N-USB3 Audio Problem - No Output Devices Found

Hi,
I have ML installed and looks like it is mostly working (HD4000, network, sleep) but I can't get audio to work. In the Sound System Preferences, under Output, I see No Output Devices Found. If I go under System Information/Audio I see a listing under Intel High Definition Audio for my Output Devices.

Also I noticed problems with video playback. Not sure if it's related to the audio problems. If I go to You Tube or Vimeo, the video plays for about 10 or 11 seconds and stops. Quicktime will not open any sample videos I downloaded from Apple. I'm hoping once I fix the audio the video playback issue will be resolved as well.

Here is my config:

GA-H61N-USB3 F8
3570K
8GB RAM
HD 4000 video

Here is the process:

- Installed ML
- Applied 10.8.2
- Used Multibeast with F8 DSDT
- Fixed Still Waiting on Root Device message using the following link:

- Fixed video issue on startup by adding the following to org.chaeleon.Boot.plist

<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1920x1080x32</string>

- Installed Realtek ALC889 With DSDT using Multibeast. But audio is still not working.

Thanks in advance!
