Just disable Tubo if you get kernal panics

Try disablinng the built in audio and Lan in the bios Also try disabling Vt-d

I am using a 4790kwith a GA-H97-D3H and I have not had any freezes and Turbo works I am not usign the built in Audio Graphics or Ethernet I have them all disabled in the bios so maybe one of those options is giving you trouble

Have you disabled on the onboard graphics in the bios?
