Hi there!
By DenOfLore and blouse's method, my build of Z390 and i9 9900k was almost there.
There is still one problem: CPU type was shown as "unknown"
Dose anyone know how to fix it?
Now I found solution! My GTX 260 works fine on Sierra;)
The solution: Use NVDAStartup.kext for El Capitan.
If you have any backup including TimeMachine, you can get NVDAStartup version 10.10.13 in S/L/E.
If you have no backup, you can use the one I attached in this post.
1. Backup and remove...

On my machine, I unpulgged all USB devices, then reboot, connect USB keyboard, and Bluetooth works fine.
Thank you for the new kext!
With the kext, USB 3.0 on my board (GA-P55A-UD4) didn't work.
But with following change of BIOS setting, USB 3.0 finally works fine:
Integrated Peripherals> USB3.0 Port Hi-Speed Route [EHCI]->[XHCI]
This change hasn't necessary on Mavericks, so it takes times...
I'm having the same problem.
There are also some people.

Is the error screen like that?
I'm having same problem.
Sometimes "mbinit" appears after "PCI configuration Begin", and sometimes only "PCI configuration begin".
It is sometimes happened on hackintosh named "struck on PCI configuration begin" error.
Unfortunately there is no solution so...
Is there any way to use USB external HDD in stead of USB flash drive?
I tried to use 120GB USB external HDD(MBR, Mac OS Extended (Journaled) formatted) but Unibeast said, "No disk available to install on."
Have you connect SPDIF internal cable to SPDIF_OUT port on your Motherboard and the port on GTX 260?
If you already have connected, change Audio out setting on System Preferences to "Built-in Digital out" or something like that.
I hope it will help you.
