i was able to finally get 10.8.2 loaded on my dell xps 8500 the problem i am now having is i cannot get audio to work and i have to boot in safe mode.
i have tried realtek alc8xx current and universal voodhda 0.2.2
any help would be appreciated.

2. and radeon HD 7570 Graphics card

i take it you have had success loading your dell xps 8500 and no problem with booting from the hard drive after you selected easybeast, i have had no such luck the only difference from what you listed is the hard drive, i have a wd Wd10EzEX 1tb, i downloaded the latest beta RTL81xx driver and...
i have an xps 8500 after installing easybeast it will not reboot hangs on boot up.
i am installing 10.7.5 it will not let me update to 10.8.2 for some reason.
what are you running that allows easybeast to work.
do i need to modify a file.

The disk drive is set to ahci , I downloaded a mountain lion osi and I did get it to start loading the errors I received was

Had a little luck I can get the apple logo to show on the desktop however it hangs there, the disk itself is formatted gpt so I left 500 Gigi unformatted I will see if that works
