I've looked at some guides but I'm entirely unsure???
I have a Z170-HD3 DDR3 with a i3-6100, which sys definition is advised?
I seem to think 17,1 for better power management but 14,2 apparently is more flexible/less problematic...
Any guidance and I'd be most grateful.
Thanks in advance.
I found IntelGraphicsFixup.kext in S/L/E deleted it and it boots up fast now! I do use onboard Intel HD Graphics...
I've rebooted twice and its been fine both times.
Looking at the verbose output, I think I have found the problem, amongst all the text is this:

.
ApplHDAEngineOutput::Performformatchange (<ptr>. <ptr>, 0)
IG: ME PCI ACPI device not found - PAVP services will be disabled - add IMEI to EFI / ACPI list

In my ACPI>patched folder I have a file named SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml this rings a bell in the past. I suspect this has something to do with it. I think I need to make a new SSDT now my configuration has changed, I just can't remember where I found the patch...
Woah! Non-itunes movies are fine. iTunes purchased movies don't work. Hmmm
I know nothing about shiki...

Aha, yes Bob, I think I started editing the correct config file, then half way through the wrong one. Then I realised before writing post 7 and deleted straight from the file using a plist editor, that worked.
No change after removing the final one.
That leaves me with IOGraphicsFamily and the USB patch which I need.
The IO Graphics Family one is to do with lines. I'll remove it and see what happens.
- I did and that makes no difference either. I guess that was fixed in a update then?
Sweet. Now...
