Congrats. I'm using a similar setup too. Except for the graphics card. In any case, I'm experiencing system freeze once in a while. Probably once every 2-3 days. It is not a big deal but rather annoying. Are you getting the same problem.

Are you able to get sound from Headphone jack or Line out in the rear? I'm only able to get sound through HDMI only.

Try installing this Kext and reboot. My sound comes out of through my monitor via HDMI. http://sourceforge.net/projects/voodoohda/files/VoodooHDA.kext-287.zip/download
