i had my 4530s fully working with the screen upgrade but had a hard drive fail and have replaced it with a new ssd. i have booted using clover but when i get to the install screen its all funny colour and i can only see have a screen so i can't see what to click etc. please can you help me
imessage was workin fine then all over a sudden i noticed it was signed out so i tried to sign in again to which it keeps sayin unable to sign in. but facetime is working with the same apple id and password as is the app store.

i used to have mavericks on 1 hd and windows 7 on another dual booting using chameleon. i updated to clover in order to run yosemite totally forgetting about my windows 7 which now doesn't show up in the clover boot loader.
as I've got all my files and everything still in the 2nd hard drive...
i currently have a working 4530s but i see theres been a few updates to the installer and clover since, should i update? and if so wot should i select.

i migrated to clover then updated. everything is working apart from imessage iCloud and FaceTime says to contact apple. any help would be very much appreciated.

i have the probook 4530's which u upgraded the screen to the 1080p screen. its been a long while since i last put osx on it. and i remember having to do something to get the screen to work. following this guide to do a fresh install is there anything else i need in order to make my screen work...
quick update parts arrived this morning all came on same day which is a result.
i deleted dsdt and put in extras the dual link mini ssdt then i turned laptop off put new screen in booted up ran installer selecting my 4530, hi res display, quad core sandy bridge and ssdt restarted and all...

Thanks a lot for that. So just to clarify. I delete my dsdt, restart and rerun the installer selecting the high res display this time. Then place that mini ssdt in extras? Then install new screen?

currently im running mavericks with the stock screen. ive purchased the 1080p screen and hd cable. before i take it to bits i read that its best to do the dsdt before?
do i need to delete my current dsdt then re run probook installer? and if so which settings do i select.
