@man0072
I have the exact same tablet. would you be willing to post the step-by-step instructions of what you did and all the files needed to get this tablet working?
I think I haven't told you in a while that, You Da Man!!!
I suspect the \BOOT\BOOTX64.efi on my sdd got corrupted. I copied it from my USB, and now works fine.
so I removed the bootmgfw.efi (renamed from CLOVERx64.efi) and put the bootmgfw-orig.efi back in /Microsoft/Boot/ folder (as bootmgfw-orig.efi) and the computer wouldn't boot. Showing "No bootable device..."
Trying a few different things, I erased my msata 20gb and formatted as a blank hfs+ partition, didn't work.
Then, using my "Install OSX Mavericks" USB, I selected my Mav partition and booted into it. Voila, sleep works perfectly if I boot this way. So sleep is being affected by which EFI I...
I think it has to do with the EFI partition on the msata (not the hfs partition), and is related to my original problem (way back here)
I figured out that initial problem by removing the 20gb Msata (at that time formatted as cache for W8) and sleep was miraculously solved. Then I installed ML...
My setup:
S3-391 i3 sandybridge on 7series motherboard. 20gb Msata with ML installed (multibeast). 240gb with Mav installed (clover) and W8 installed UEFI. Everything was working great until I decided to update to 8.1. Once I did that it appeared W8.1 put its EFI folder in 2 places:

Okay, so starting over from scratch, here are my steps:
1: boot into Mav(clover) install USB
2. select Disk Utility
3. select my 240gb SSD (no option to format to GPT at this point)
4. select partition > 2 partitions, each partition selected GPT > each partition selected Mac OS ext journaled...
This was my spare drive that I started over with. I'm completely open to starting over, but if I don't know what I'm doing wrong, following the same guides again will probably get me to the same result...
Would I be able to install W8 first then Mav?
