    Avid users?

I'm running MC5, and PT9 (with an Mbox2 connected), with Adobe CS5 MS, Office 2011 for Mac. The problem mentioned about not getting the machine ID usually comes from the system not seeing the MAC of the NIC properly. you will need to add this string to your com.apple.boot.plist in /extra...

OSX freeze after installing official nVidia Fermi drivers

No luck on a running system. My Hackintosh build was frozen with I woke up. I have just added NullCPUMGMT.ketx from Multibeast 3.1 and will see if no sleep works. sometimes I feel like I am just a :beachball:

OSX freeze after installing official nVidia Fermi drivers

I installed the dev package, as well as the other 2 you listed. My system appears to be stable for about 30 min at a time before freezing with general web surfing. I'll leave it running all night doing nothing and see if it is frozen, or running in the AM. Where do I find the wallsaver...

Dashboard ripple test FAILS. My video resolutions are also basic, 1280x1024 from com.apple.boot.plist GraphicMode=1280x1024x32. What applications would this affect? (3D or rendering apps, or ??) I am happy the system isn't freezing every5-10 min, but would like a fully functional machine. Will...

    Win7 - Bootmgr missing

do you have one, or 2 drives? Are you using 32, or 64 bit editions of Windows 7? When you select the Windows 7 drive, are you selecting the "System Reserved" drive? If not, try that one, as that has the boot info. If you get windows running, you can rename the partitions with Disk Manager so...

    H55M-USB3 - S.Leopard Install - Can't get to install screen

Are you using MultiBeast, and selecting SMBIOS for MacPro 3.1? I had the same problem until I changed the MacPro11,1 to MacPro3,1.

    Disable automount of NTFS drives

This will hide the drive at BOOT TIME Only if you are using the latest multibeast. (RC4 or higher) You must know the BIOS order of the drive. If windows is a second drive, then you will hide hd(1,2) Edit your com.apple.Boot.plist with Root privileges. (dragging text edit over Pseudo works...
