Was able to fix the issue by making sure I updated the FakeSMC.kext and placed both into 10.12 and Other kext folders and install went quickly from there. Just gotta get my audio updated. Thanks for your help!!
Anyone with issues ( not seeing the macOS install ) you need to mount the EFI then update as suggested.
Same issue here! Maybe my kexts are not updated. I'll continue to try again later.
Totally agree with you.. So, I went to the original clover boot installer, and got it to boot the installer for yosemite. I woulda tried the install for El Capitan but I wanted to get what I know will work.
So anyway I used the arg nv_disable=1 and it started with the apple logo and the usb...
Still no success, I finally tried to use the current unibeast/clover loader with the Yosemite install and it gave the same issue. Im going to look at all the options in Clover installer, but I think Im missing something and feel like I just haven't figured out what options are needed.

Is using unibeast 6 suppose to boot up and open to osx just like the one used for Yosemite, cause there I had to do nv_disable=1 and now going to El Capitan I get the apple logo and it just sits. Did I miss something on the install of the usb? I selected the disk, El Capitan, and didnt click...
I boot up like normal unibeast using the proper boot options in bios, and get the clover bootloader. I select the external usb for osx and I get the black screen with the apple logo, and the usb keyboard and mouse lights go out. Cant get any farther to install OSX El Capitan. Anyone with help...
Your video driver needs updated, to get past the progress bar, Use the bootflag "nv_disable=1" in unibeast load options. Hope this helps if you haven't already searched for the solution.
