Hope your problem is already solved. If not.... I used Yosemite 10.10.1 and Multibeast 7-1-1 The solution for me was the correct settings in Multibeast as follows. Hope this is useful for you. Maybe you can help to get HDMI Audio to work.

UniBeast: (Solved) System Language Isn't English, but system language is set to English? For me this worked. Go to system preferences, Language & Region. Click in the left down corner on the + button and install English - Primary. Drag it to the top of your list. Restart your computer. Good luck
