Hopefully you have figured it out by now as I am replying a little late. I just spent many hours today with the same situation. I have a GA-P55A-UD3 Rev 2 BIOS F11 board. Noob build question - P55A-UD3 board
I have almost the same setup using the GA-P55A-UD3 rev 2 with F11 BIOS. I finally got sleep to work from the menu (forced sleep). Haven't tried letting it time out yet.
