Thanks for taking the time to answer. I haven't been able to find a way to make this work, so I'm inclined to agree. It was worth a shot for £10. Guess I'll have to try a PCIe alternative, but they are so much more expensive and hard to fine lately.
As per title, I have working Bluetooth and Wifi, but cannot get Airdrop to work.
The Wifi adapter is a tp-link AC600. They are running on their own drivers. Could this be the problem, since it's not a natively supported adapter?
Many thanks
Ron
Hi folks, I've just updated to 10.13.6 and now have a few problems with my RX560. Some videos in Safari do not play, and I have a few system lock-ups which seems to happen when viewing certain videos in Safari. Any suggestions as to what may be causing this? I'm using Lilu and Whatevergreen.
Thx
Yes, you must use the PCIEX slot which is specified in the manual. For my board this was the furthest slot from the CPU.
I built my latest Hackintosh purely to achieve the lowest latency possible in Cubase, so TB looked like the best way to go. Even with a 7800K and TB audio I still have to...
Seems you're pretty close, but I don't have anything to add to help you. Sorry. I only use TB for audio interface, so this is beyond my scope. Let us know if you get it working.
My boot time is not great (20 seconds from Clover) but I have never associated that with TB, but perhaps there is a link. I don't get a black screen or any freezes. Just boots normally, however slower than previous builds.
