I'm trying to convert my current 10.11.6 installation based on the Probook Installer and I'm getting a few errors when running install_downloads.sh

Which directory takes the precedence during boot? Aren't the kexts being loaded twice (first from /EFI, then from /S/L/E)? Boot.log shows that Clover injects them from /EFI:
3:422 0:000 Preparing kexts injection for arch=x86_64 from EFI\CLOVER\kexts\10.10
3:423 0:001 Extra kext...
I upgraded my existing installation (it was on Clover@3192 I believe) with PBI 6.4.0.1 and now I have the same kexts in both /EFI/EFI/Clover/kexts/10.10 and /System/Library/Extensions. Is it safe to remove them from /EFI? Also, there's BrcmPatchRAM.kext even though I have an Atheros, not...
@RehabMan
I've used the patch and installed the resulting kext on my 4530s running El Capitan PB 1 and while it fixed the issue with backlight range consisting only of the highest levels (the lowest one available being way too bright), changing levels isn't as smooth as it used to be on Yosemite...
So what was the initial thought behind putting all the kexts into /EFI folder? Wasn't it about simplifying the OS update process, so that you wouldn't have to re-run Probook Installer?
Let's say 10.10.4 update in the future. Assuming that copying kexts from /EFI to /S/L/E is the 'first step' and eventually there will be no kexts in /EFI anymore (except for the critically required ones), do the kexts in /S/L/E survive an OS update? Does one have to re-do PBI:CE after such an...
Seeing that installing kexts to /S/L/E has landed in the newest version (https://bitbucket.org/dhnguyenit/hp-probook-installer-clover-edition/commits/017b0272a623f7ab3a08b1424af9840c3651a027), what's the procedure now with OSX updates? Asking out of curiosity, my current installation works...
I'm getting lots and lots of [IOBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport]xxx errors in the log, and since I don't use bluetooth at all - which pins should I tape in order to disable bluetooth completely? I've got the AR5B195 card.
