I had the same problem when I added a 210 to my system. I was able to fix it by removing AppleHDA.kext and HDAEnabler1.kext. After restart, the mouse/keyboard problem went away, but I didn't have audio. I added old audio drivers from Multibeast 5.0.2 and got my audio back and the delay didn't...

Success! I added PCIRootUID=0 to my org.Chameleon.Boot.plist and sleep is now working.

For what it's worth, I have the 1GB Sapphire version of this card and I have the exact same problem. I haven't messed with the ATIConfig yet, I'm going to try that tonight.
