Mine (H67M-D2-B3 rev 1.0 F5) won't sleep, either. Same symptoms.

I had trouble with that, but muting the input volume corrected it. Apparently VoodooHDA cannot determine when no microphone or input device is attached.

Thanks -- I tried that but still no sleep. I am wondering if this problem is due to incorrect IDs for USB devices. I am not the only one experiencing this problem with this board.

Hello all: My build has a GA-H67M-D2-B3 rev. 1.0 F5; I have installed 10.6.8 and everything works, including the 5670 video card, apart from sleep. From reading posts here, I am not the only one with this problem. Can anyone suggest what might be the issue, i.e. USB? And what might fix it...

I think I'm going to have to create my own DSDT to get this to work.

I am having the same troubles -- sleep doesn't work. I am wondering if this board is slightly different -- it is revision 1.0, BIOS F5.
