Kind of pointless if you ask me unless you are running (non) thunderbolt displays off of it.
They have daisy chaining for a reason.
So, in essence, you only need one.
I have:
Apple wired aluminum
Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (Awesome keyboards, i recommend all apple products)
Logitech performance MX (you cant beat it, its one of the best mice out there, i use it for day to day stuff)...
Nice job with the build!
I have similar specs, except i have a crappy 2400 :(. I need to upgrade to like a 2500k or 2600k, a 2700k is just overkill for me!
Could you update us with your new cable management?
I like seeing other peoples builds all finished and tidy!
Very nice job, and good...
Top reasons why i cant wait for ml:
Better card support. Maybe even some of the Nvidia's 6xx or AMD's 7xxx series if we are lucky
Most likely access to the 6xxx amd series. Good, but not great.
Ivy bridge e-, when it comes out (Mac pro!)
Native usb 3.0?
Notifications.
Excuse for me to spend...
try it without the bridges. Also, did you check to make sure the vendor's you bought from are compatible? the wiki page of tonymac will have that info. Also, have you tried it with just one card to make sure it works first?
marcus
When will i be able to buy one??
Which are hackintosh supported? Motherboards.org has a detailed benchmarks list for any one who wants to see it.

So excited. Any news on pricing?
You wont be able to do crossfire with that card. You could but you case only has two expansion slots on it. I dont know about your mobo, but i assume it has only 1 pci slot as well.
So, new case, new motherboard, 2nd card= crossfire!
I too am interested in crossfire. I am using a 6870 2gb...
Dual 6870 would work. If you get the xfx 2gb version, and a z68x ud3h b3, you could easily support 8-10 monitors. The motherboard has tons of video ports. You would need something like a 2600k. I would suggest a h80 or custom loop to cool the whole thing. Also, get tons of memory (16gb+).
Good...
