I swapped out the hd with a western digital 500G drive I had laying around and popped in a 4G memory chip to see if that may help. It didn't and the problem still persists. Any other ideas, tips, suggestions or troubleshooting advice?

1 CD came from my friends mac, used Burn. The other two came from my roomates PC. Burned the iso not the zip file. No HPET option in Bios.
