Your Bios settings are fine. I think your problem is with your Multibeast instalation settings you used.
Wich one of them you used when you ran Multibeast for the first time.
This is mine Another thing I want to ask you, what kext do you installed when you used multibeast. This are the settings I'm using for my multibeast install.
I really don't know what to tell you when it comes to the restart/shutdown issue since you have done all you need to get it to work. The only other option is a fresh install of the OS. Hope someone with the same build as yours can pitch in on the issue. My build is a bit different than yours on...
I'm using DSDT Free, you don't need a DSDT with your motherboard. Try using darkwake=0 on your org.chameleon.Boot.plist. for your black screen issue and see if that works.
Can you be more specific, e.g. what video card are you using. This are my settings on multibeast (assuming that is what you are using) post #2 ---->http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/123544-h87n-wifi-audio-usb3-0-a.html#post755997
I've been using it since 10.9.1 and now 10.9.2 issue free. Remember to change the settings in your bios so you don't come across any issues (Remember to change the XHCI to enable (smart auto is the default setting). If you look at the reviews in amazon the bad ones are most windows users and...
Your Multibeast settings for your motherboard (I own one my self) should look like in post #2 http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/123544-h87n-wifi-audio-usb3-0-a.html#post762180
The wifi card that comes with the board won't work with OSX. You need to replace the wifi card and get a bluetooth dongle to avoid the headaches. Try getting a BCM4322 & IOGEAR GBU521 and you won't have anymore issues.
wifi...
You need to go to your bios and change the XHCI to enable (smart auto is the default setting) and see if that gives you the bluetooth back. I was having the same issue  till I decided to change the wifi card for a BCM4322 & for bluetooth I went with the IOGEAR GBU52 dongle and everything...
If you are using the wifi/bluetooth card that came with the board that is most likely to be your problem. I had the same issue and the problem was the bluetooth, I replaced the wifi card with a BCM4322 & a IOGEAR GBU521 dongle and no more issues. My advice will be to remove the wifi card and see...
The best solution for your problem is to change the wifi card and get a blue tooth dongle.
