hey zaddol - I have the same laptop. BIOS setup as you described, I am getting stuck where you are. What was your fix?
Adding - never had acceleration with this laptop (Nvidia 670mx), read it is not supported. also, there is no Intel video, it was disabled by Asus.

OK, let's take a look at Clover EFI boot loader. I have the following options checked:
Install Clover in ESP
Boot loader/Install bootaf in MBR
CloverEFI/CloverEFI 64-bits SATA
Drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFixDrv-64
Install RC Scripts on target volume
Install Clover preference pane
Did you partition your SSD for GUID partition map scheme/OS X extended (journaled)? This is a must, so the BIOS won't detect MBR partition scheme. UEFI will not work on this mobo under MBR.

When exiting the BIOS choose - "Launch EFI Shell...
