Edited OP: Thanks to a lot of different threads in this forum (thanks!!!) I finally managed to sort out the auto sleep issue and som USB unresponsiveness after wake.
Need to change "darkwake=0" in org.Chameleon.Boot.plist to "darkwake=no" in order to get auto sleep to work. Still had issues...
Updated OP with Multibeast 5.0.2 configuration.
Wouldn't recommend the ASUS USB-bt211, having some freezing problems with multitouch. Have ordered a Rocketfish bt adapter instead.
No luck, but I havn't really been trying to solve it either.... In my setup I have my NAS connected to my router so I don't need the second NIC at the moment. If I solve it I'll be sure to post the solution.

create partition primary size=xxx (xxx=whatever you disc...
Finally got Win 8 and OSX 10.8 dual booting working from Chimera. Also added an extra Noctua fan to my Antec cooling system for push/pull config.
Confirmed auto sleep problem, manually putting system to sleep poses no problem. Any ideas?
I can confirm firewire with the Syba card is working oob (tried it with a SanDisk CF-Card reader and a 1394A cable, will try with a 1394B cable given the chance)
Chimera is not displaying System Reserved partition, guess I'll have to try to install Win 8 without System Reserved Partition... (I know it's possible in WIN 7, don't know about win8).
