My hackintosh also have sleep problem too since High Sierra 10.13.1 upgrade (clean install). On Sierra (10.12.6) everything was so fine, sleep and wake worked normally. But in High Sierra, wake from sleep is only my big problem. It always show 'No HDMI signal' and the monitor goes blank forever...
