I built two late last year. I didn't want to spend $3K+ on a system that I didn't know if it was going to be upgraded anytime soon.

I followed this guide. After the clean install USB ports were working properly. I did a migration from another hackintosh and that seems to have broken them. The USB 2 devices only work in USB 3 ports and USB 3 devices don't work at all. Any idea what I did?
