Thanks, I'll make a note of that when I try and build another machine if I get issues. Doing the install on the macbook and then moving the drive across fixed the problem, and was a much easier process for my noobiness.

Did you have any problems getting it to recognise as a 4GB card? Mine shows up as 2GB when it is actually a 4GB card.
