Motherboard and CPU advice: 100 or 200 series?

Thank you for your response! Actually, the i7 6700 is from a site similar to eBay in my country. Ever so often a company will sell OEM CPUs new for dirt cheap. No packaging, heatsink etc. I'm definitely curious about the Kaby Lake option though. So do you think that it's something one should...

[Solved] Successful Sierra build, but USB 3.0 ports only work with USB 2.0 devices.

Hi Hoka, After I (wrongfully) installed the 3rd party USB 3.0 kext, I went to /Library/Extensions, and deleted GenericUSBXHCI.kext. After that I used Multibeast to install: Increase Max Port Limit. (As Nobodynose suggested). Worked wonders for me.

Skylake Intel HD 530 Graphics Glitch Fix

Thanks a lot for your response man. It did send me down another path (which is good). I managed to solve the issue. Totally Noob mistake. Forgot I still had my bootable USB attached, so Clover wasn't injecting the right ig-platform-id. Perfect graphics now, with 1536mb VRAM :)

Hi Toleda, Thank you for your response. I went through my BIOS from top to bottom, and the only setting I could find relating to audio is: BIOS/Chipset/Audio Controller/Enabled. Is there possibly a different setting, named something else, that I could be missing? Thanks again! EDIT: I know...
