Problem setting OSX as my primary boot device.

Yes, I did update so I could do a DSDT free install. Here are some pics of the bios. I do not know why they are upside down or so small, they are not like that on my computer... Thanks, Clayton

Problem setting OSX as my primary boot device.

I have fully functional OSX and Windows 7 HDs running right now. Currently, Win 7 is the primary boot device, but I don't want it to be. When I try to set OSX as the primary HD, my bios only gives me the UEFI version of the HD to select, but that doesn't boot. Does anyone now how to change the...

I have a flawless OSX HD running (except I have a network problem where I can't visit sites such as hotmail.com or connect my printer), and I also have Windows 7 running perfectly on another HD. Has anyone tried the 10.8.2 supplemental update? EDIT: Everything worked perfectly, I installed the update from the app store and it restarted without any problems. This is the first time I've been able to say that was easy with my Hackintosh :)

I updated to 10.8.2 successfully, but my speaker make a very faint popping sounds whenever they are plugged in. I can still play audio through the speakers and it is very clear, there is just the most annoying popping sound. Also, I have gotten one kernel panic where the OS just had to...

ttb1263, that would be the easiest thing, the thing is I already have Windows installed on another partition, I just need to figure out I can boot back to ML without over riding my Win 7 partition, and just be able to pick windows from chimera while having OSX as the primary partition. Does that...

[Guide] MultiBooting for the novice. Updated 3/12 see log

It is a disk image from a copy of windows I had on the machine when I had SL installed. Something happened when I was trying to get ML up and running, so I had to make a disk image and erase my entire HD. The drive did boot before i reinstalled chimera. The only thing I have changed is I updated...

[Guide] MultiBooting for the novice. Updated 3/12 see log

I followed this guide, except my only difference was that I restored windows from a disk image. After I reinstalled chimera, OSX ML boots perfectly, but if I go into Chimera, the windows OS will not boot. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Duel boot in ML and Windows 7?

Hi guys, I just got ML up and running so I decided to create a new partition for Windows 7. I got Windows up with no problems, so then I booted back to ML using the flashdrive and reinstalled chimera. No whenever I try to boot into windows from chimera, all that happens is a "_" blinking over...
