the ebios thing happens to me after I hard shutoff quite often. it takes about three times usually before it boots properly.
I ran prime95 for a couple hours fine.

I just ran Memtest all night. It made about 7 passes with no errors. It would make sense i think if it were the memory, but I guess not.
