Great to hear you got it sorted it. I have Catalina and HD530 (6th gen Cpu) graphics which I hear sleep won't work so I was going to update my CPU (7th gen) to get HD630. But I heard that it's a shot in the dark on the 7th gens HD630 sleep working.

Bumping this older thread. Just installed latest Catalina with my HD530 graphics and the only issue is when it sleeps, the computer will wake, just not the monitor. Bummed because this machine can't take a graphics card, the computer is the size of a PSU. Does anybody know if the HD630 sleep...

Lots of Nvidia help on this thread which I will surely be using. Thanks to all!!!!! I just updated one of my machines that has an Asus AMD 5450 video card to 10.12.5 and now I have no more graphics acceleration. Everything was working fine with 10.12.4 with AMD5000Controller.kext...

I was able to get the on board sound working AppleHDA Patcher v1.6. A little difficult, I wish I would have paid more attention as I'm not sure how I eventually got it working but most importantly it's working.:thumbup:
