Turns out you meant that you wanted me to remove the FakePCIID.kext. After I did that the HDMI is showing up and I'm getting audio though it! Thank you very much toleda!

I thought you wanted me to. Is that asking if I removed it? Should I remove the FakePCIID-Intel-HD-Graphics as well?

I used the audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0s10.command I thought you wanted me to remove them... I put the SSDT-HDMI-HD4600+.aml back, rebooted (HDMI still not showing), and then re-collected the files. I also included the FakePCIID.kext.

Not to step on anyone's toes but at the bottom of the instruction set there's a section called "Problem reporting." Include all of the files listed there otherwise no one can help you.

Thanks for the help toleda! Isn't this what is in the .plist KextsToPatch? AppleIntelFramebufferAzul? Removed ssdts and Fake PCIID. Using audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0s10.command method, HDMI still not showing as an option. Need more information or files?
