help with cpu usage ?

Hello guys,

Spec:
i7 2600k @ 4.3 (speedstep on)
asus p8z77-v
GTX 670

I have the cpu running at 4.3 all the time, I checked the activity monitor and I saw that "com.apple.InputMethodKit.UserDictionary" is using 90-100% all the time.
What does it do that is using the cpu all the time ? i went through a lot to make my overclock work with speedstep on.

I have a very similar problem (if not the exact same problem). The process com.apple.InputMethodKit.UserDictionary keeps using up 98-99% of my CPU. The only way to get it to stop is to force quit the process, but even after I do this it often returns again within 10 minutes. I can always tell when it is running again because I start to hear the computer's fan come on and ramp up to full volume. I have tried doing some of the obvious things like restarting the computer, quitting my open applications, etc. I first noticed the problem while running OS X 10.9.1. I had hopes that the problem would disappear after the upgrade to 10.9.2 but unfortunately this is not the case.

I have had no luck searching the internet for a solution to this problem. Every week or 2 I try googling it again to see if anything comes up, and this is the first time I have found someone that seems to have the same problem. I actually registered for this forum to be able to make this post.

Please, if there is anybody out there who can figure out what is causing this I would really appreciate it.

I am using a MacBook Air Mid-2011 running OS X 10.9.2.

If there is any other information that might help in figuring out this problem please just let me know and I would be happy to post the relevant information.
