Hi all,
I am trying to patch the DSDT of this Dell but got errors while compiling.
Even if I try to compile the unmodified DSDT gives the same errors.

I don`t know much about this DSDT Stuff. Maybe someone can help me.

I extract the DSDT with a Linux CD.
I extract the DSDT with Clover.
The Result is the same. None of these compiles without Errors.

Maybe someone can take a look at the DSDT and tell me how to fix it.

You should not expect them to compile without errors.

I make several OSX Desktops and each DSDT i extracted compiles without any Errors. i mean the untouched DSDT.
Extracted DSDT, compiled DSDT without Errors.

I also have a Dell D520. The DSDT will also compile without any Error.

Because that is not the path where ACPI tables live. Read the guide carefully.

Sorry Man, i am that stupit.

copy the xSDT.aml out of Ubuntu. Now lets patch.

After patching all xSDT the Laptop works nearly perfect.
The Powerbutton is all that wont work. If i press it in Mavericks nothing happens.
No Dialog from OSX.
